Im Antiken Theater von Orange laden die pädagogischen Workshops die Schüler dazu ein, die Welt der Handwerker der römischen Antike zu entdecken, indem sie einen Gegenstand aus Ton herstellen: eine Theatermaske, eine Öllampe oder eine Amphorette. Nach einer kurzen Einführung über Alltagsgegenstände und ihre Verwendung in der damaligen Zeit wird jeder Teilnehmer angeleitet, ein Werkstück nach antiken Vorbildern herzustellen.

Der Workshop, der für Gruppen von 20 bis 30 Schülern organisiert wird, bietet einen konkreten und kreativen Moment des Experimentierens und fördert das Verständnis alter Fertigkeiten und die Verbindung zwischen Kulturerbe, Geschichte und handwerklicher Praxis.
