The Museum of Art and History, housed in the 17th-century mansion across from the theater, is home to priceless treasures. There, you’ll discover exceptional archaeological artifacts from the theater.
The impressive Roman land register dating from the 1st century, a priceless archaeological document unique in the world, bears witness to the organization of the Roman province.
The extraordinary history of Orange continues through the city’s medieval period, where you will encounter Guillaume au Cornet, Count of Toulouse and Lieutenant of Charlemagne, before journeying through the five centuries of the famous Principality of Orange, ruled by Protestant princes who clashed with Louis XIV in the late 17th century.
You will also delve into the artistic world of Frank Brangwyn and Albert De Belleroche, 19th-century painters and contemporaries of Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec and Auguste Renoir.

L’Odyssée Sonore is not accessible to children under 7 due to the immersive nature of the experience and the fragility of the equipment. It is however possible to attend the show with a child under 7, but they will not be able to be equipped with headphones and a smartphone.
